I bought prepaid airtime and after two calls I received a message " no service available". I contacted customer service and they told me my simcard was deactivated. They could not explain why it was deactivated after the time I bought, was loaded and after I was able to made two calls. After several calls I received a message that a mr Sipho Sitole would phone me and attend to the problem. He phoned me and instructed me to be a new card (ridiculous) after which he would transfer the balance of the time still available. It is more than two weeks and he has not come back to me. The easiest way to solve the problem was to reactivate my card. But it seems they just use every opportunity to get more money from customers without giving a service.
