SIM CARD NOT WORKING ON NEW TABLET DEAL

I have received my new Samsung Galaxy tablet and micro sim card, 3 days ago from mtnsp on contract but unfortunately the sim card doesn't work. I am unable to make calls or surf the internet. The following message appears " network registration failed". I have called 808 and they say that the sim card is activated and everything fine.

I have spoken to consultant's but unfortunately, still the same problem. What must I do now? How do I cancel this contract and return the tablet? I'm sure other networks will be much better than me trying to sort this out while MTN staff are not taking it seriously.
The other problem is that I am referred to other Departments and I, being the customer have to call all Departments.

The number on my new micro sim is 2326014018. The consultants at 808 say that is activated but the Coverage Department say that is not activated and I must call 808. I cannot even put another normal size sim card into the tablet because it only takes a micro sim card. Please sort this problem out immediately or arrange a return and give me a new contract or if MTN doesn't want me as a customer please say so.
