Vodacom debited my account 01 October 2013 with over R7000 (which is normally under R2000). On 02 October I went to Vodaworld to query this. I was told an account audit would take 14 days. I have yet no answer. It is hopeless trying to phone, holding on for more than 20minutes withot getting anywhere. I have been thrown into financial turmoil, and have no foot to stand on. Please could someone help!
