MTN Service is terrible

I dont know where to begin, it started when i was due 4 an upgrade my fone came after 3 weeks and when it got there MTN had my name wrong and that was friday. Jareth frm DBN callcentre promised me they were going to sort it out and I'll get my fone the next week Tues latest Wed by Thurs i still havent received the fone. called them only 2 b told i canceled the upgrade of which i never did. Now i get an invoice charging me 3 times 4 an upgrade. After finally receiving the fone now struggled to get to their insurance dep. Their fone jst rings with no answer for over 30mins. The agents will tell diff stories. Its like nobody knows wat the talking about.
