We found out again that in November you will be upping peoples speeds free of charge 1Meg to 2Meg, 2Meg to 4Meg, 4Meg to 10Meg. New lines told us that our area can go up to 10 Meg lines but technical stated that we can only go to 4mb due to our exchange being on ATM and not METRO. This request of line speed has gone on for 4 Months they have not logged a ticket once nor come back to me with a possible solution not have they even responded to any email. You get sent to Internet Dep they state they cant help u get sent to Tec Dep they state they cant help you then get sent to New lines who state they cant help. But no one is willing to let me speak to a manager or give me an email address where i cant send my email with detailed dispute. Also asking for a legal department no one can provide me with those details ether. You literally only jump between 4 departments till you give up on the Telkom site "Regional Customer Care Manager by calling Free Call 080 060 0126" [URL Removed] This does not even exist and is illegally on there site. So Now i ask you what now??? :-(
