Incorrect billing and refusing to correct it

On the 18th of june i reported my querry about my billing being incorrect and Ntombi said she would make sure it was sorted out. all that she did was to send me my statements and i had to then show her where the error was from their side. currently they are now avoiding telling me how and when it will be sorted out.
