Telkom service is the worst ever!!!

I dont want anyone from telkom to contact me! I have had a line and adsl from telkom since 6 April 2013 and I am still waiting for them to bill me correctly after putting me onto an incorrect account and credits and 100's of phonecalls and emails I have had no luck! Just got off the phone with a billing consultant that was rude, Wouldnt give me a chance to talk and put the phone down in my ear, So sick and tired of telkom, 3 months later and they still cant get my bill right? Pathetic, Very very unhappy and cancelling my service with them to go with someone else that can offer me better service. Telkom must not waste their time phoning me because it gets me no-where and I have now officially given up trying! The consultants are rude and unhelpful or argue with you and dont have a clue what you are talking about, My monthly subscription should be R395.37 per month (adsl with line rental) and I have had the account since 6 April and already made a payment of R907 and they are billing me R1456??? does that make sense??? even if you take the R395.37 I should be paying per month and multiply it by 3 months it comes to R1186.11, Its a joke!
