I took out an MTN 200 minute contract whcih included 30 MTN to MTN minutes. Obviously, one would think that the minutes would be debited at the outset of each month, but turns out this only happens when all you airtime is used up. Why did no one inform me that I was buying absolutely valueless minutes?
I was sold the contract on this basis by your salesperson - I believe this is misrepresentation, and if it is not rectified I will complain to the Consumer Commission.
