Upgrade to Samsung Note3 Gear / Not Available

I Went to my local MTN Store closest to my Office At Cavendish Glen Shopping Centre to upgrade my long over due Contract and to get the Latest Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Cell phone.

So I Asked the Store Manager "Kashan" I would like to get the Galaxy note 3 and Gear Combo
that is being shown all over JHB.

He then Said Sorry MTN Does not offer the Samsung Gear "Smart Watch " nor do they have a Combo available. This was on Mon 14 Oct so i upgraded.

This Morning 16 Oct I went on to the MTN WEB site and low and behold there is a Special With MTN Offering the "Note 3 and Gear " together on a Contract.

I Then Phoned the store and asked Kashan Why they did not provide me with this Special on Monday two days earlier.
They then replied Sorry the special was not available to me then and there is nothing they can do.

I then asked for his manager Isaak Joubert.
How Can MTN not Help, as this was two days after the fact and I Specifically Asked for this Combo, Why did they not state to wait two more days.

They Said there Stores did not know.
I can not in Good conscious believe that!
And if so why can they not fix my contract to the correct Combo.
