BAD SERVICE!!!

I have been struggling with 8ta since the 2nd of October 2013 2013 to end my contract. I already send an email 6 times with all necessary information. I send the first 2 emails on the 2nd of October 2013 and another 4 emails on the 8th of October 2013. I called over 6 times to confirm if the contract has ended and every time they say it is still active. I went to 8ta store at Woodlands Pretoria, filled in the forms and they emailed/faxed it for me. Still nothing!!! 8ta keeps taking money from my bank account. I have 2 reference numbers : 6868175 and 6865018. 8ta said that someone will call me back, and nobody ever called me. 8ta debited me bank account today for the 2nd time. I want to cancel all my accounts at 8ta. Worst service ever. HELP!!! i can not go on like this. will never again have another 8ta account. PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACTS!!! i do not want to go through this again. I am going to take this case to my lawyers at Legal Wise if nothing is done by the end of the week. Contract cell no: 0815212322 and my modem number is : 0815785415.
