I upgraded from a blackerry to a sony Xperia smartphone over 8 months ago. But the agent did not cancel the BIS subscription on the account. So for a couple of months I was being charged for this, so i called customer care and they said they would forward this to accounts to sort my refund out. A month later i get an sms saying the query is under investigation. I still have heard nothing and its been over a month.
Absolutely useless customer relations. Quick to get you onto a contract, a lifetime to resolve a refund.
