No sense of urgency/One month late

Ordered the 4MB uncapped adsl package from Telkom Rosebank store - Sept 16
"Technicians" installed on Sept 20 - consisted of plugging in Router and leaving me with a windows only disc for my Mac Computer
After numerous calls to helpline, one week later connected to a 1MB line!
Email to head of Media Communications and GCEO's office Oct 2 to complain
Response is "will be escalated"
Oct 14 sent reminder email asking why still no response and that perhaps with the lack of urgency I should cancel everything with Telkom! Angry mail sent to all saying close everything...
Oct 14 reply from customer liaison with following:
"Please confirm?

Must the hole (sic) account be cancelled or is it only the DSL and internet with the normal line to remain?

Kind regards"

Seems that Telkom do not care...
Emails from and to Pynee Chetty, MangakaThabanchu and now Hennie Swart all to no avail!

I just want what I signed up for, 4MB ADSL line.

Someone needs to take ownership of this mess up from Telkom, come visit, send a technician, get it working! My residence is in Parkhurst, there should be the correct level of service in an established area such as Parktown, Parkhurst, etc
