MTN OVERCHARGED ME FOR 5 MONTHS

I visited Century City Customer Service Centre on 19 Jan 2013 to amend my contract that expired to a pre-paid acc. The consultant (I think his name is Francisco) did the necessary amendments on the system and had me sign the form as confirmation. To my dismay, I found out a few months later that the change had not been done and I was being charged a contract subscription fee for a phone that was not being used and accounts that should have been migrated. I called in to the customer care centre who advised that when the form was originally sent by century city to MTN head office in Feb only and they returned it to Century City as it was sent to the incorrect dept - They then apparantly never sent it on. Only once I called for the 2nd time as the first consultant did not bother to give me feedback .. the 2nd consultant Mandy Rasego was kind enough to assist with the migrations - but could not attend to the refund requests of all the months that I have been charged - I was then given another no to contact - to no avail - Here I am... in July and still no refund - The service is PATHETIC - eager to take your money every month but not to refund your own money due to you
