Still cannot get my account sorted out

I have requested many times already regarding this matter that I am given amended accounts since the upgrade of my number 0732001480 in July and all subsequent accounts since then. Also all the back dated data which was not loaded to be done so, why is it so difficult to get this information so I can check all the charges and receive the data bundles I am supposed to have gotten from July?
So far the accounts have been totally incorrect since July.
