42 Days and still waiting for a connection

I applied on the 5th of september for a dsl line, so I posted on hellopeter and eventually I got a new line.. Surprise Surprise telkom installed the analog line and not the DSL line and then the person who was supposed to keep in contact with me to sort out the issues just decided to stop communications!!! I mailed [Email Removed] to get assistance, but no response. So yet again let me publish to the world how incompetent telkom is so that I can get any sort of service!!! What the!!! 42 days to get a internet connection!!!
