Cant work for 5 days

I would like my account cancelled with immediate effect. I work from home and have not been able to access my international servers for the last 5 days... this is a big issue as it is affecting my work and therefore my income. I Contacted mweb technical support, and they were unable to help me fix the issue. I also tried to cancel my contract and was told I have to wait 30 days. I'm not on a contract so why should I wait 30 days. If I have no internet for the next 30days I might as well quite my job... I don't care why mweb is having issues, you should of had a backup plan in place before this happened... I want my account cancelled and I will be putting a hold on the debit order for April as I will not be paying for a service I cant use.
