Web siite disappeared

We also have a webpage with Woza Online / Vodacom. Our web page has sudenly disappeared off the net. We contacted support via e-mail, also phoned the call centre. holding on for a loooooong time we still had no response.
Please would somebody supply some service so that we can sort out the problem. We cannot be expected to re-register and redo all the work already done. We put a lot of hours, days, of work into the web page. and internet time.
