Bad reception calls & no feedback on queries

I am a very frustrated customer who has spent days calling the client service centre to try and apply cash payments made to contribution, as debit order was problematic. Despite numerous calls holding on forever at a time, being passed from one dept. to the next, my payments are not recorded despite numerous efforts of faxing and emailing deposit slips. Calling again and again to confirm receipt, being promised that it would be sorted out and then still being suspended. Once suspended it takes another 2 weeks to have this uplifted as no one had taken notice of the cash deposit that was made. The month after this a double deduction was made to our account by your accounts department and obviously a debit order of R10 000.00 would not pass through middle class income account. At the time we noticed this and immediately made a cash payment to prevent another scenario and then once again put through the same frustration to get this recorded and receive yet another sms a week after deposit was receipted on by your department to say that my debit order did not go off and that payment should be done immediately to prevent suspension.? This remains unresolved. Seeking other provider.
