I Paid my account and my line is still suspended

I received an sms telling me to make payment for my account not stating any date by when the payment is expected. I then proceeded to make the payment this past Saturday 11/01/2014. This Morning when I woke up my line was suspended. I called MTN spoke To a Consultant by the name of Gordan he said my payments not reflecting and that I will need to send the receipt of the payment by fax or email. I called back later to confirm the fax number. I spoke to a consultant named Neo who advised that my payment was reflecting and that my line has been reactivated. I then ended the call re-set my device and still my line seems to be off! I do not want to call back as you often hold for up to 30 minutes for a consultant to become available. Can anyone please tell me what is happening at MTN and with my account.
