No installation from -kom!

So I get a missed call from Telkom, and I call back an hour later, only to be told they have been trying to get hold of me for the last couple of days, via telephone and text, there are NO other missed calls or texts on my phone, when I told this to the girl on the phone, she had the nerve to argue with me about what was on MY phone! Apparently my installation was due for today, and now has been rescheduled for a weeks time!!! And all this because of my failure to respond to communication I did not receive.

Happy? NOT!!!
