Hello

Have been in contact with both David (Apparently he is a director), and Bruce--who sends me a mail, asking me to call him if i want re-assurance. Their server---which I rent, went down--apparently (and this is when i called in, after our site kept going down, )had 2 burnt hard drives.
They then suggest i move to a virtual environment, and knowing the urgency, start migrating it 4 days later--and again no feedback, unless we chase. Then they say it will take a week--also no urgency---considering that this it their mess-up!
Seriously I think if you are toying with a site, use them, if you have a business to run, look for the guys who know what business is about, and not rank amateurs.
