On 8 Jan I applied for a new phone line, reference 70467342. Was scheduled and agreed for installation 18 Jan, but no show. Called on 21 Jan and was rescheduled for installation 24 Jan. Got home on 21 Jan to find Telkom leaving (had come to install but because it had been rescheduled due to my call were unable to do so). Very frustrating, such bureaucracy. Received confirmation that a technician had been despatched on 24 Jan, but no show. Called on 28 Jan, was told technician would call me to arrange, still waiting. Disgusting service.
