STILL waiting for my refund

I am so exhasperated and annoyed already.

I have spoken to countless consultants in the customer care call center and accounts department. I have been given reference numbers and told that I will receive my money back. I have received sms's confirming that this amount will be refunded within 7 days. All!

In August I submitted my ID, payslip and bank statements to see if I qualify for a contract and when I did so, the sales person activated a contract on my PAYG number without my consent. Vodacom debited my account with R290.87 on 12 August and I am STILL waiting for my refund.

This is a joke and I'm starting to lose my cool with the poor staff who work in the call centre. I'm frustrated with having to spend hours explaining my story only to be passed to the next consultant and having to explain it again and again and again.

It feels like Vodacom are using a tactic to my money from me and I'm not going to give up. If I have to, I will take this to an Ombudsman or whichever governing body I have to.

I want my money back!!! This is as far as I'm concerned. Totally disgusting and dishonest.
