Upon upgrading my contract, Vodacom out of the blue, cancelled my contract the very same day, without any permission, consent or request. After a plethora of phone calls to what must be the most useless call centre in the world, Vodacom finally acknowledged THEIR error and reinstated me 2 days later.

However, this month, an amount of over six thousand rand was taken from my account as part of an early cancellation fee. This is of course ANOTHER error, which I had to again spend hours and days with the same useless call centre and service centres to try correct.

No one follows anything up. I am left with no money in my account as a result of this mistake. I am told that the policy is to only refund in 7-14 days. However after insisting that the matter be escalated, and with the deadline now over, no refund has yet been paid back.

Your behaviour is fraudelent, you have invoiced me incorrectly again and I consider the amount taken from my account to be.

Vodacom, this is your error, you could do the decent thing, own up and refund me immediately, Stop passing the buck. Take some responsibility. Your ethical behaviour is shocking
