I would like to complain with the way
vodacom is mistreating me in the
following manner, first there were billing
me reconnections fees that no one at
vodacom has ever explain to me and
when i complain about it, they refer me to
my contract and when i said how does
my copy of my contract looks like they
just cant explain to me.so ever since i had
a contract with vodacom my problems
was the billings that was not valid to
me.so recently i just found out that when
i did an upgrade in 2012, before the
upgrade my contract was top up 45s and
when i do an upgrade in july 2012, my
contract went to top up 75s and when i
query about it the sales consultant fails to
tell me that my contract is top up 75s
and now we did agree that they will do a
refund to my account withing 7 to 14
days but everytime when i call in to ask
when will my refund been done because
7 days now has passed and now we are
going to the tenth day but my money isnt
yet in my account.and lastly i did talk
with Mrs Bernie Brown regarding copy of
my contract and she said she will request
it but when i call collections department
to speak to her she told me she going
home, and funny thing is someone from
vodacom called me between
