Refund or correspondence still not received

Hi

My name is Muofhe Singo and i had 3 contract accounts with vodacom which i settled on the first week of august based on the settlement letters that were given to me, and to my surprise on the 20th of august when i got paid vodacom still debited my account with an amount R1, 179.65- which i was not aware or advice of and when i contacted the call centre i was not happy with the information given. i have been waiting to speak to Portia Sibiaya "s Team leader named thobile Sibiya since the 23rd of august, till now i haven't received a call from her. and i am still waiting for my refund.
