On 29 July 2013, erroneously paid R1715.58 into the Vodacom account: On realising our error we settled account s7601066-1 and requested that the overpayment or otherwise be refunded. We emailed all the relevant documentation to Babs Farrel (Accounts Specialist; Vodacom World) on 10 September 2013. Save for acknowledging receipt of the documents, we have had no feedback. The telephone number supplied on the email, has been out of order or permanently engaged for the past three weeks and we get no reply to messages left on her cell phone. Since we have been loyal customers of Vodacom for longer than a decade, I will appreciate it if you could please assist in resolving this matter.
