TELEPHONIC SUPPORT SHOCKING ATTITUDE

We have an AXXESS capped ADSL account. We have 2 x 4/10meg lines and I thought not taking an un-capped account we would get constant line speeds. This was not happening and I was getting short periods of no connectivity at all from my one connection while getting around 3.52megs p/s on the other. Swapped out our router for a new unit and still the same. We phoned Axxess Africa to ask what the problem could be and the individual who was supposed to be helpful... well he spoke to my wife as though she was a naughty child not a paying customer. Sent us email stating he was getting speeds on our lines that I have never seen on any speed test I have run. Ever on either of the two lines.
I used the email CONTACT US facility on the website, to ask management to listen to the call and let me know if this mannerism is acceptable...
that was two weeks ago...
could be my line speed has not allowed the email through yet...
So sad in this day and age when times are tough staff forget the basics.
