Waiting since May for Feedback and Refund

Contract ended in May (2 years). We even filled in forms cancelling as per their request. Up to today the debit orders are still going off on our account. When we block the debit order, they simply change the name and amount and put it through again. We've been to the store 5 times and complained on Twitter. Telkom's response is that they will request feedback from the relevant department.

We phoned today AGAIN after we logged a query three weeks ago with ref 6723987. Everytime they tell us that they can see the contract was cancelled in may and that they have sent an email requesting someone to credit us. When we phoned today, they simply told my wife to be patient and after a while put the phone down in her ear.

Telkom responded on Twitter to say they'll get back to me, but have blocked my profile from sending them tweets. We don't know what to do anymore and wants to escalate this further.

They are fast to take our money, and even today the debit order is still running.
