Yesterday, I took my cellphone in for repair and Noxolo immediately gave me an impression, that
she is not willing to assist me.

She informed me that it will not be fixed and sent back, I asked her to just give it a try, then she came up with another excuse, that I require a charger.

Previously, I took a phone in for repairs, and a charger was not required.

I informed her that I will log a complaint on hellopeter, and all she said was okay!

Today, I returned to the store with the battery charger, and the kind gentleman (did not obtain name), said that the charger was not required.

I feel that she needs to be taken for customer service training.
