I lost my phone on Friday and blocked my phone and reported it to the saps as instructed by cellsure as im working Mondays to Saturdays it is difficult for me to get my things done as we r very busy I asked my wife to phone Vodacom and find out were I can go to replace my phone she phone Vodacom 4 u at cresta center and spoke to zanele who said I can replace the phone there I have to to there before five I then phoned them and spoke to zanele myself at about 15h00 who gave me the same info I phoned her again at about 15h45 to find out if they have the phone I wanted and she said they have again she said I have to there before five I left work early picked up my wife and got to the shop at 16h30 when I arrive d I spoke to zanele she told me to wait a minute and she got on the phone after a couple of minutes she informed me that she cannot help me and I have to come back on Tuesday I asked her why? she then informed me that the insurance close at 16h00 and she cant help me I asked her why she she said I have to be there at five? and im still waiting for a answer even when I asked if I could speak to a manager she said the manager does not work on Saturdays... so?
