Unwilling to restock

I applied for an ipad 4 contract at the mooi rivier branch and it was approved, but at that moment they were out of stock but promised me an ipad within 2 days. It has now been almost 2 weeks and still they don't have stock and they can't tell me when they are getting stock, I find it unacceptable and their service at the branch is poor, you usually wait 2 hours before being helped
