I phoned on Monday 26-8 to ask that they keep a bed for us to be collected on Tuesday 27-8. When I got there I was informed that they are unsure of where in the storeroom the bed is and I was asked to wait. After about 10 minutes the sales person came out saying that he needed to phone someone and that he will contact me as soon as he finds the bed. He asked that I leave my number for them to contact me while I walked around in the Mall. After 45 minutes I returned to the store - the bed was still not located - the salesperson informed me that they can't find the bed because the person working in the storeroom was off for the day and not answering his phone. I was asked to come back the next day - this was not an option as I live on the other side of Pretoria and I phoned the day before specifically asking that the bed be kept for pick-up on the following day. After explaining that I will not come back and that they can rather then leave the bed, I was asked to wait again and approx 15 minutes later the salesperson came out of the storeroom with the bed. An ordeal that took more than 2 hours could have been solved in 15 minutes. This was poor and unacceptable service.
