I joined Axxess on 28 August on one of their all inclusive bundles. They assured me that they will manage and pay Telkom on my behalf. I received a Telkom bill in excess of R1k. I phoned Axxess just to speak to a lady who had no interest in helping me telling me I had to sort out the issue myself with Telkom. I phoned Telkom and was told my ISP is supposed to take over my line and this was never done. I have paid Axxess every month up front but they not paying Telkom. Then I had a problem with my router which I bought from them, I have to reboot the device up to 15 x a day. I have tried for the past 2 days to contact them but their phone lines are off. this morning when I wanted to connect I received a message in my browser that my data bundle is depleted and I must top up with my ISP. I have a 4Gb uncapped account, what is happening. The line speed up to now is so intermittent and I must have made 20 calls to them since joining them. Please can they just close their doors as I have never dealt with such an incompetent useless company. My Telkom line will now in all probability be disconnected as these punks don't do what they are supposed to and Telkom is keeping me liable to pay
