Pathetic Internet Speed

I have recently joined Axxess after ending my subscription with Mweb and I regret every moment of it. Why advertised uncapped if your account is throttled everyday. Not to mentioned the constant disconnections for no apparent reason and on top of that it takes me almost an hour and a half to log back in again. I've been making calls almost daily complaining about my line speeds. I am on a 10meg line and it drops to 0.99mbps after every 4 hours. I felt mislead, short changed and done in by axxess. Although more expensive Mweb had constant speeds with no throttling. Please think twice before joining axxess. I am gonna cancel my subscription if I don't see any improvements in service.
