On the 14th of October 2013, i received a call from a guy by the name of Thabo and advised me that my handset was ready for collection.

On the same day i went to collect, when i got there a lady by the name of Jabulile assisted me, i told her am collecting my phone, first question she asked me was" from here? " with an attitude, i said yes, Thabo phoned me to collect it. She went to the back and she brought it. I asked her can you please test it for me, she told me you can test it yourself, because the technician wouldn't have released it, if it was not fixed, still with an attitude.

Reason why, i was asking her to test it, is this was the second time i was booking the mobile and was told it is fixed only to later find out it was not, if Jabulile had bothered to look at the paper i was giving her, she would have picked up why i requested her to test it. her excuse was they don't give customers papers when mobiles are booked in.
After i asked her to work on her customer service, she simply walked away from the counter and left me standing until i was assisted by a gentleman who was standing next to her.

I still say She needs to work on her Attitude and customer service.
