Can I speak to a "person" at Vodacare?

I handed in my iPhone at Vodacare in Midrand 04/10/2013. According to the iStore Vodacare was just supposed to replace seeing that it is in warranty.
According to my job receipt the turn around time is 7 days - its overdue and Im still waiting. Im phoning the number provided, and can only talk to a machine - who tells me its been in Estimates since last week. This means nothing to a customer.
I want someone to phone me and give me feedback please.
