I took out a completely unlimited deal with Telkom on Tuesday October 8.

I am still waiting for my number to be ported across! The staff at the Rosebank branch who are dealing with tis have been very friendly and helpful. However, despite their best efforts, I still do not have a working service and the service I have received from Telkom to this stage has been APALLING! The staff can be as friendly as possible, though if I have no service, it really doesn't help me. I have called the call centre, spoken to managers and still no joy. I am fast losing my patience and am close to cancelling the deal and taking legal action. I am so disheartened and dismayed by this service. WHY WILL NO ONE AT TELKOM SORT THIS OUT!?
