During October, I went to Botswana and used data on a few occasions, notably three periods of about 18 minutes. Upon my return, I found that each had been billed at about R 480.00. I feel that this is ridiculous, as my son who is on prepaid, used data for extended periods and had no such excessive costs. I then made an online request to have this checked on your website on Monday 7 Oct '13. To date there has been no response from MTN on this at all. It seems you only respond when we post complaints here.
