I am not getting anything out of MTN, it's like they don't really care, complained about the excessive data charges on my contract, they sms'd me and told me they have incorrectly billed me for the last six months, and that they'll credit me with R2330.79. I raised my complaint with MTN 12.06.2013. The responded with the sms on 21.06.2013 then they bill me R699 on the Saturday 29.06.2013, and then they say credit was only passed on Monday 1.07.2013. Really funny.
I have phoned and spoke to numerous people on different dates but they don't seem to be willing to help me, I also complained about my monthly rand value that I get for calls, I only checked the last three months, and according to the statements that they send me, I only used up at least R50 worth of airtime value then they start charging me, even thou my rand value is not up yet, they just tell you there is nothing wrong with my statement and that they billed correctly, it's simple, I calculated the minutes I used from the statement they sent me and it doesn't even add up to 20 minutes used, unless they working on another statement, now just imagine the millions of MTN subscribers that don't take the time to check their s
