I would like to respond to MTN's response regarding my complaint. I wish I can be able to attach the invoices of the three months billing so that what I'm talking about can be seen. I have 3 invoices, one for October month where I was billed R 321.70, the second invoice is for November and I was billed R 1 107.45 of which R 948.45 is for the data they allege that I have used after I finished free 2G data and what makes me angry is that there is nothing showing how much data I have used that costs this R 948.45. There is December invoice where I paid R949.57 of which they allege that R 790.57 is the Data that I have used. In all these cases the amount that they charge for usage is 0 bytes according to their invoices. My request from MTN is that they must provide me with the itemised billing that will show me how much data that I have used that amounts to these costs that I have used. Is that too much to ask? The same thing still happened in January 2014 where they deducted R 1626 and remember in December I didn't even try to connect the modem. Please help.
