False Advertising!

I loaded an uncapped Data Bundle to my phone to update some of the applications on it. It is supposed to run 24 hours. It was running fine on 4-5Mbps when suddenly it dropped to 0.1Mbps. when I phoned them they said that they dropped the data rate after 300Mb. What this is why advertise or give someone the option of an 24h uncapped data if you are going to shape it to 300Mb False advertising at its best! Why give an uncapped option?? Rather just give someone 300Mb if it going to be shaped!
