I purchased an iPhone and set it up beginning of the month, I checked that there was 400and something MB of data available, now you think yeah you used it up... NOT as I have (uncapped) wireless at home and at the office so basically the phone is constantly connected to wireless network besides under the cellular usage says that I sent 11, 6MB and received 26, 4MB, now the problem arisen on Saturday the 12th of Jan when I did *141# and gave me 0MB, immediately I phoned MTN to resolve this issue as it had to be a mistake, but apparently they had to log a call and wait for the system to update so they could not help me and they would phone me back with in 24h, immediately I disabled cellular data not to use anything until retified.24h passed and I phoned back and they mention that they could only help me Monday. Monday I phoned AGAIN and basically a lady told me that my phone was loaded with 300mb and the feature *141# would no longer work and I had to do another procedure in order to see my data, 20 min after a long call if receive a sms stating that I had received 300mb. To my surprise when I do the *141# states that I only have 280mb left where is the rest, who took my data?
