Waiting on Stock

On friday 4 Oct I wanted to take out a wifi router data contract and the consultant "Elvis, " said it takes up to 72 hours to do credit check. Called on 8th Oct and was told they waiting on stock and it'll be available Fri 11th. Sunday 13th I went in to the store and was told stock never came in maybe available on Wed 15th. No one calls me back to advise me anything and it's getting ridiculous now, can anyone give me proper information?
