Hi,
I have been on Virgin Mobile since February 2013 and ever since I migrated to this network, I keep losing data signal. The whole purpose of having a Smartphone is to have access to the data network so that all the necessary applications, etc can work effectively but I cannot use this Samsung Galaxy with such a poor network.
Is it possible to get out of this contract now so that I can go back to Vodacom?
