I purchased a coucher Telkom Mobile Voucher from Pick and Pay just to find out that the 8ta/telkom voucher did not work at all. I called the Telkom Mobile call center and was transfered to 7 agents before explaining my story. When the agent checked the voucher on the system it said that the serial number is not found on the system and the agent said that I must fo back to pick and pay. I then asked for a Supervisor. Was then told that all Supervisors are in meetings. Eventually xolo called me and I explained the story to him. He asked me send a copy of the voucher and said that they will look at it. Today I got a call from their technical department telling me that I need to sms HELP to the number of the coucher.

I personally feel that this service is pathetic. If Tlkon Mobile couldnt assist with this R200 voucher that I purchased that cant recharge on thier system, how is this other department gonna assist. Couldnt they clear it with that department? I already went thorugh 7 agents, a Supervisor and Technical agent. How many more channels must I still go through???
