Upgrades

I'm a bit unhappy how thing where handle on my upgrade. I'm a customer of cell c about 10 years now. I have Upgrade in December, and I liked the Note3. but on that time it was only the note3 without the gear. And the shop where I did my upgrade couldn't tell when or if the gear will come with a phone. when I did my upgrade I needed a phone and could not wait another 2 or 3 weeks, so I went for only the phone.
2 weeks after my upgrade there was upgrades with the gear. For almost the same amount I'm paying now the only way for me to get a gear is to R4000. And currently what the call centers tell me is that I need to buy it.

Will be nice if it can be sorted.
