LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY FOR THIS CASE

We have had in the last 6 months huge disputes with both Telkom and Trudon and are looking for an attorney to take on this case as we have had enough.

Firstly Telkom list us on ITC for an unpaid account for lines we have been trying to cancel since Dec 2012 (i have proof of this) The reason for the cancellation was that we were moving, Telkom not only did not cancel the lines but listed us when we didn't pay the account, because did not get the bill, because we had moved and had already cancelled the lines SEVERAL times. As we were in the process of buying a house, this effected our credit and interest rate received from the bank, it also effected the interest rate for a van bought on vehicle finance, -even the manager in Telkom division confirmed that no letter or warning had been sent to us and that Telkom did not follow proper channels for listing.

The 2nd issue Trudon are consistently overbilling us for a contract that we had not signed on our account.

All of this we were willing to let go-but now the 3rd and most recent being quadruple billing us for an internet package on our account which was not agreed to.
