I requested an itemised billing because my stupid phone has just decided to go and lose half my contacts so i do not have their numbers anymore.

The first person i spoke to said i would have tp pay for the service, which is fine. Then i get a voicemail saying i need to call back to confirm what date i wanted this from.
I called back and then they ask me for my ID and a letter which i think is ridiculous.
I dont find them efficient or helpful.
then I sned an email with my ID and teh content of the email stating what i need.
some bright spark calls me this morning to say i did not answer the security questions on the email, the email says if you have provided this already just click reply and send. and now my email was not good enough, i have to send a signed letter - like they are honsetyly going to compare my signature!!!
if my stupid phone/sim card actually worked (which is a vodacom issue) this would not have been an issue
