No response or feedback on over billing of a polic

One of my employees came to me for assistance as she was very upset with Clientele life. She took out a funeral cover policy to the amount of R 120.00 as this was what she can afford. From the first instalment they started deducting two amounts, one of R 285.00 and another amount of R 85.00 per month. She has made numerous calls in order to find out what is going on as she cannot afford these amounts, but she can NEVER get any person on the telephone. She asked me to please intervene. I made a call to the customer service department, which took me 3 days just in order to get anybody to answer the telephone. On this conversation I was told to send an email to Services@clientele which I did on the 4th of October. They told me that somebody will respond to my email in 24 - 48 hours. On 8th October I resend the email because I have not had any reply or response. The next day I received an email saying that my employee has to write a letter signed by both her and myself to give permission for me to investigate the issue. I did this the same day and emailed the letter to them the following morning this now the 10th of October, already 6 day later, to date I have had no response or reply!
